3. SIDELINES MAY INVESTIGATE MY ENTIRE WORK HISTORY, LAW ENFORCEMENT AND TRAFFIC RECORDS AND MAY VERIFY DATA GIVEN IN MY APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT, AND RELATED PAPERS OR ORAL INTERVIEWS. I AUTHORIZE SUCH INVESTIGATION AND THE GIVING AND RECEIVING OF ANY INFORMATION SOUGHT BY SIDELINES. I HEREBY RELEASE FROM ALL LIABILITY ANY PERSON GIVING OR RELEASING SUCH INFORMATION.

4. IF EMPLOYED, MY EMPLOYMENT WILL BE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF SIDELINES AND SHALL BE FOR NO DEFINITE PERIOD OF TIME. SIDELINES MAY TERMINATE MY EMPLOYMENT AT ANY TIME WITHOUT LIABLILITY EXCEPT FOR WAGES OR SALARY EARNED AS OF THE DATE OF MY TERMINATION.

5. BUSINESS NEEDS WILL MAKE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MANDANTORY: OVERTIME, SHIFT WORK, HOLIDAY WORK, AND A ROTATING SCHEDULE OTHER THAN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
